Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Our Commitment

UpPluck LLC ("UpPluck," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

www.uppluck.com strives to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state and federal accessibility laws. We also actively work toward consistency with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility on our website, we have implemented the following:

  • Deployed an always-on accessibility widget powered by ADA Active Shield, allowing visitors to adjust contrast, text size, spacing, cursor visibility, animations, and screen-reader-friendly modes.
  • Use semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, alt text on meaningful images, and proper heading hierarchy.
  • Ensure interactive elements (buttons, links, and forms) have accessible names and are operable by keyboard.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background.
  • Design responsive layouts that work across screen sizes and assistive technologies.
  • Continuously test and remediate accessibility issues through automated scans and manual review.

Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with assistive technologies such as screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), speech recognition software, and screen magnifiers.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on our website may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party content, embeds, and legacy materials may present accessibility barriers that are outside of our direct control. Where possible, we work with third-party providers to address these issues. We are committed to ongoing improvement and welcome feedback that helps us identify and resolve accessibility barriers.
